The Funky Bungalow is a 500 SQ feet 1BR  bungalow located on the second floor.  The bungalow is one of the Rockaway 1940's  Beach Bungalow, unique in its own way. If you are expecting luxury definitely not the place for you, but definitely, a cute and comfortable bungalow. This accommodation is filled with mismatching items, lay back, and earthy vibe. 

*The bungalow has 1 bedroom with a full size pillow top mattress, night table and a 6 draws dresser/mirror.  Air conditioner in the bedroom only, and ceiling fan in the living room.

* Full bathroom with tub.  Bath towels included. 

 *Living room has a love seat, a daybed that opens to a king size, ceiling fan, and a 32" flat screen  TV. Fios TV and wireless Internet included.
 
*Outdoor Community patio with outdoor living room set,  2 gazebos with dinning tables, Charcoal BBQ grills, beach chairs on a first come first served basic, and outdoor shower. 

*Outdoors coin operated Laundry room.

 It is a lovely apartment in its own way. Half a block from the beach, 4 minutes from the Ferry and public transportation. Steps to restaurants, bars, supermarkets, yoga studio and the concession stand in the boardwalk.
